About Erika
Erika has over 20 years’ experience in the South African recruitment industry and is a part owner and Director of Networkers International South Africa. Her key focus is IT & Technology recruitment, with strong contracting and perm service delivery. Her career has been built upon forging long-term client relationships with multinational organisations, providing consultative support and co-ordinating service delivery to ensure clients’ need are met. She is a passionate supporter of “Women in Tech” and is the Country Director for the South Africa Chapter.
