Business Process Analyst

Duties &Responsibilities

 
  • Identify opportunities in the business for continuous improvement to business processes and systems
  • Deliver solutions which support the ability to manage a world class business to deliver simple, fast, consistent, and innovative processes and systems
  • Provide ongoing system, application, and process support through up-skilling and issue resolution to the business, and relevant stakeholder
  • Deliver expert support on business processes and system changes, addressing escalations and optimizing ways of working
  • Drive proactive problem-solving and continuous improvement by analyzing processes, implementing enhancements, and managing changes, while ensuring stakeholder communication and effective solution delivery
  • Brief support specialists on training content, review documentation, and provide training support as needed
  • Coordinate with IT support, business users, and suppliers to resolve system issues, provide process leadership, and engage with software vendors as needed

DesiredExperience & Qualifications

 
  • Relevant Business Diploma / Degree in Retail Business Management / BCom in Clothing Management / BScience / BA
  • 3 – 5 Years relevant experience
  • Extensive Retail experience
  • Good knowledge of business IT systems
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • Project management or analysis experience advantageous
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Ability to develop & deliver to a plan aligned to strategy
  • Effective communication skills (written & verbal)
  • Analytical skills
