Duties &Responsibilities

 
  • Provide support on business processes escalated by IT & Support Specialists
  • Identify and implement continuous improvements to processes and systems
  • Develop Business Requirement Specifications based on business needs
  • Conduct user acceptance testing, training, and implementation of new business initiatives
  • Engage with stakeholders to gain consensus on scope and impacts of changes
  • Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions with various departments
  • Collaborate with IT support teams and software vendors to resolve business system issues

DesiredExperience & Qualifications

 
  • Relevant business diploma/degree (e.g., Retail Business Management, BCom, Clothing Management, BScience, BA)
  • 3-5 years relevant experience in business process analysis
  • Extensive retail industry experience
  • Good knowledge of business IT systems
  • Advanced Excel skills and computer literacy
  • Project management or analysis experience (advantageous)
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
