Introduction
This role is suited to a Change Manager with proven experience leading and managing change initiatives that have a direct impact on stores, processes, people and technology, together with a demonstrated track record of delivering change management interventions in a retail environment, particularly where operational and store-based teams have been significantly impacted.
What you will do
Develop and execute change management plans for new fulfillment initiatives in stores, working with key stakeholders
Ensure stores and fulfillment teams are prepared across people, process, systems and communications
Support the design and deployment of training tailored to retail online colleagues
Identify risks and barriers to adoption and implement interventions to drive compliance and sustainability
Act as a point of contact for store managers and operational stakeholders on fulfillment change projects
Facilitate feedback loops between retail teams and central programme teams
Communicate across multiple channels to build awareness, buy-in and confidence in change
Track and report on adoption, performance and benefits delivered by online fulfillment initiatives
Work with data and insight teams to evaluate impact on sales, customer satisfaction and operational efficiency
Identify and scale best practices across stores nationally
Requirements
Strong understanding of retail operations and online fulfillment models
Proven experience in change management
Excellent stakeholder management, influencing and communication skills
Strong analytical skills to interpret fulfillment and operational data
Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on delivery
Project management experience, with the ability to manage timelines, risks and dependencies
Collaborative leadership style, with the ability to engage across functions and levels
5+ years’ experience in change management or retail transformation
Experience in eCommerce online fulfillment would be advantageous
Previous experience managing cross-functional retail change projects
Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations Management or related field preferred
Certification in Change Management or Project Management desirable
