Lookback Planner

Introduction

 

Seize the opportunity as an Lookback Planner on a 6-month contract, optimizing the financial and operational performance of the fuels value chain by leading the lookback planning process, uncovering lessons learned, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Duties &Responsibilities

 
  • Experience in supply chain optimization, refining, planning, and inventory management
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communicator, able to engage at all levels
  • Proven leadership with diverse teams
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of South African market conditions, refining systems, infrastructure, and key economic drivers is a plus

DesiredExperience & Qualifications

 

Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management

5+ years in supply chain planning

Experience in scenario planning

Advanced Excel skills needed

Use of Linear Programming tools advantageous
