Overview
We are looking for a Fulfilment Specialist to join a dynamic Supply Chain team and play a key role in the growth of the online business. This role focuses on shaping and enhancing fulfilment strategies, driving process improvements, and supporting the delivery of strategic initiatives. Responsibilities
As a Fulfilment Specialist, you will:
Assess value, develop business cases, and prioritize initiatives to align with the overall fulfilment strategy.
Conduct market research and analysis to refine the online business roadmap.
Define, measure, and monitor solution performance (KPIs) and use insights to inform future strategies.
Plan and prioritize new and existing systems, processes, and capabilities.
Manage product backlogs and iteration planning to deliver business value.
Lead fulfilment planning release plans and set expectations for the delivery of new functionalities and enhancements.
Actively mitigate roadblocks to ensure successful completion of projects, sprints, and releases.
Support Proof of Concepts and implementation of new initiatives.
Research new business opportunities, including market, customer, and competitor analysis, leveraging internal and external expertise.
Prepare presentations for Board and Executive Committee (EXCO) meetings.
Identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess:
A relevant Degree or Diploma.
A minimum of 5 years of relevant working experience in an e-commerce, logistics, or similar environment.
A strong understanding of the Agile development approach.
Knowledge of e-commerce technical platforms.
