Overview
We're searching for a highly organised and proactive Product & Implementation Manager to support the ongoing development, implementation, and delivery of innovative technology solutions within a fast-growing business.
This is a hands-on role that will see the successful candidate working closely with founders and technical leadership to coordinate product development initiatives, client implementations, testing activities, deployments, operational support, and project delivery. The role is ideally suited to an individual who enjoys bringing structure to complexity, managing multiple workstreams, and ensuring the successful execution of key business initiatives.
Responsibilities
Product Development Coordination
Coordinate product development activities and track delivery against priorities.
Maintain implementation plans and coordinate requirements gathering.
Manage testing activities, including user acceptance testing.
Maintain release documentation and support deployment planning.
Track defects and enhancement requests.
Client Implementations
Coordinate client onboarding projects and manage implementation timelines.
Track implementation progress and maintain documentation.
Manage implementation issue logs and ensure successful client go-live activities.
Operational Support
Act as the first-line operational coordination point for support requests.
Track issues through resolution and coordinate internal resources.
Maintain support documentation and facilitate client communication.
Project Coordination
Maintain project plans, action trackers, and monitor delivery milestones.
Escalate risks and blockers while ensuring execution discipline.
Coordinate meetings, track decisions, and manage stakeholder communication.
Qualifications
Experience
3–8 years of relevant experience in financial services, FinTech, software implementation, product operations, business analysis, technical project management, or client onboarding.
Proven experience coordinating multiple workstreams and working with technology teams.
Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and work directly with stakeholders.
