What you will do
Establish and maintain the end-to-end project delivery framework across all workstreams
Define governance structures, forums, roles, and responsibilities
Develop and manage a consolidated project plan with clear milestones and interdependencies
Coordinate and facilitate workshops with stakeholders, delivery teams, and external vendors
Track progress and provide consolidated reporting with clear RAG status indicators
Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across business and technology teams
Oversee vendor engagement and contracting timelines where required
Ensure alignment across business, technology, compliance, and operations
Provide regular updates to senior stakeholders on progress, risks, and blockers
Support change management planning to enable adoption of new capabilities
Requirements and Education
8–10 years’ project management experience with delivery of multiple complex, strategic initiatives
Proven experience within rewards programmes, including rewards models, rule changes, partnerships, and lifecycle management non-negotiable
Experience operating in complex, evolving environments with multiple stakeholders
Strong stakeholder management, decision-making, and influencing capability
Agile project methodology experience
Relevant tertiary qualification in Finance, IT, or Computer Science
Project management certification such as PMP, PRINCE2 Agile, SAFe or similar
Preferred certification in Scrum (CSM)
Exposure to rewards programmes and data analytics initiatives advantageous
