Weekly Supply Planner

Introduction

 

Join a leading Oil & Gas company in the Western Cape as a Weekly Supply Planner on a 6-month contract, where you’ll play a key role in optimizing the fuels value chain by spearheading the development of a 12-week supply plan, driving distribution, and managing inventory across all locations.

Duties &Responsibilities

 
  • Proven experience in supply chain optimization, refining, planning, inventory management, and economics
  • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Leadership experience with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of South African market conditions, refining systems, infrastructure, product quality, and economic drivers is advantageous

DesiredExperience & Qualifications

 
  • Degree in Engineering or Supply Chain Management
  • 5+ years in supply chain planning
  • Experience in scenario modelling
  • Advanced Excels needed
  • Use of scheduling tools advantageous
