Change Manager
Dynamic role for a senior Change Management professional, on a 12-month contract basis. Play a crucial role in centralizing communication around how work gets done into "one place". Cape Town based essential- hybrid working.
Responsibilities
- C-Suite experience essential ,working on highly complex projects
- Lead the design and execution of organization-wide change strategy
- Work closely with senior leadership to craft sustainable strategies
- Align change initiatives with business goals and advise on best practices
- Ensure change is embedded within the organization’s culture and drive the strategic imperative driver
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to manage end-to-end people change
- Provide end-user support throughout the project and transition to Business-as-Usual
- Complete Change Governance as per company standards
Qualifications
- Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills
- Ability to gain buy-in and support from leadership
- Experience working in a rapidly evolving and dynamic environment
Day-to-day
You will be responsible for managing the people impacts of change, collaborating with various teams, and ensuring the success of change activities. Additionally, you will follow the company's Change Management framework, methodology, and governance and be a advocate for change.
