Overview
We're partnering with our client to find a highly experienced Senior Change Manager to take the lead on a major transformation within their Online department. Based in Cape Town, this role will drive a high-impact change affecting internal systems, third-party contractors, and over 100 stores across South Africa.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the change management process for the transformational change within the Online department.
Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the successful adoption of the change.
Collaborate with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment and buy-in for the change initiatives.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and resistance to change.
Provide coaching and support to leaders and managers in implementing change initiatives.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a Change Manager, preferably in a supply chain or online retail environment.
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Relevant certification in change management is preferred.
Day-to-Day
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive change initiatives.
Communicating change plans and progress to stakeholders at all levels.
Analyzing the impact of change and making necessary adjustments to the change management plans.
Providing guidance and support to project teams and leaders on change management best practices.
