We’re hiring a Lead Functional Analyst to take ownership of the Martech (Marketing Technology) stack for a leading organisation. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation, support, and evolution of Martech platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Act as the subject matter expert (SME) across all Martech applications
Provide first-line support and resolve platform issues
Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and scrum teams to deliver enhancements
Engage stakeholders, translating technical insights into business-friendly language
Troubleshoot functional and technical problems using data and user feedback
Identify opportunities for process improvement and stay up to date with Martech trends
Requirements:
Proven experience in a functional analyst or similar role in a Martech/digital environment
Strong understanding of platforms like CRM, CDP, MRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools
Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Experience working in agile environments
Preferred:
BCom Information Systems or equivalent
Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Adobe Experience Cloud, or HubSpot
Understanding of APIs, cloud platforms, and data integration
Certifications in Business Analysis, Agile, or Martech tools
