We’re recruiting an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of a digital transformation within a large, complex organisation in the higher education / public sector space.
This is a 12-month, full-time contract where you’ll take ownership of the change strategy for a new enterprise digital platform, guiding multiple stakeholder groups through a move from manual processes to a fully digital environment.
In this role, you’ll:
Build and lead the end-to-end change strategy
Assess readiness, impacts, and resistance
Drive stakeholder engagement and communications
Design change toolkits, training, and adoption plans
Coach leaders to act as effective change sponsors
Measure adoption and report on change progress and risk
We’re looking for someone who brings:
4+ years’ experience in a dedicated Change Manager role
Practitioner-level certification (e.g. Prosci / APMG / CCMP)
Strong experience on large, complex technology implementations
Solid grounding in both Agile and Waterfall environments
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Training development and delivery experience
HR / OD exposure and higher education or public sector experience (advantageous)
