We’re recruiting an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of a digital transformation within a large, complex organisation in the higher education / public sector space.

This is a 12-month, full-time contract where you’ll take ownership of the change strategy for a new enterprise digital platform, guiding multiple stakeholder groups through a move from manual processes to a fully digital environment.

In this role, you’ll:
  • Build and lead the end-to-end change strategy

  • Assess readiness, impacts, and resistance

  • Drive stakeholder engagement and communications

  • Design change toolkits, training, and adoption plans

  • Coach leaders to act as effective change sponsors

  • Measure adoption and report on change progress and risk

We’re looking for someone who brings:
  • 4+ years’ experience in a dedicated Change Manager role

  • Practitioner-level certification (e.g. Prosci / APMG / CCMP)

  • Strong experience on large, complex technology implementations

  • Solid grounding in both Agile and Waterfall environments

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

  • Training development and delivery experience

  • HR / OD exposure and higher education or public sector experience (advantageous)
