Overview

We're searching for a highly skilled and motivated Continuous Improvement (CI) Coach to join our client's team in a permanent capacity. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the organization. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in CI methodologies, exceptional coaching abilities, and a passion for empowering teams to achieve sustainable results.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and facilitate the implementation of Continuous Improvement initiatives across various departments.

  • Coach and mentor teams and individuals to adopt CI principles and practices effectively.

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute improvement projects.

  • Monitor and measure the impact of CI initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

  • Provide training and workshops to build CI capabilities within the organization.

  • Act as a change agent, promoting a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in a Continuous Improvement or similar role, with a strong track record of driving successful initiatives.

  • In-depth knowledge of CI methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.

  • Exceptional coaching and mentoring skills, with the ability to inspire and influence others.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.

  • A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusion within the workplace.

Day-to-Day
  • Engage with teams to identify improvement opportunities and provide hands-on coaching.

  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to build CI knowledge and skills.

  • Analyze processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend actionable solutions.

  • Collaborate with leadership to align CI initiatives with strategic objectives.

  • Track and report on the progress and outcomes of improvement projects.

  • Support the development of a continuous improvement mindset across all levels of the organization.
