We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Divisional Marketing Manager to lead and implement strategic marketing initiatives within our organization. Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute divisional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Promote and grow consumer brands by ensuring consistent and professional brand representation across all platforms and member stores.

  • Provide guidance and support to members in implementing effective marketing strategies, including the 6 P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Positioning, People).

  • Drive new business development and identify innovative marketing opportunities to enhance brand presence and profitability.

  • Manage and oversee promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and deadlines.

  • Lead and inspire the divisional team, fostering collaboration, engagement, and professional development.

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and administrative requirements.

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a leadership role.

  • Strong understanding of marketing principles, including the 6 P’s of Marketing.

  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
