Responsibilities
Develop and execute divisional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and financial targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with members, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure alignment with company goals.
Promote and grow consumer brands by ensuring consistent and professional brand representation across all platforms and member stores.
Provide guidance and support to members in implementing effective marketing strategies, including the 6 P’s of Marketing (Product, Price, Promotion, Place, Positioning, People).
Drive new business development and identify innovative marketing opportunities to enhance brand presence and profitability.
Manage and oversee promotional activities, ensuring alignment with company standards and deadlines.
Lead and inspire the divisional team, fostering collaboration, engagement, and professional development.
Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and administrative requirements.
Qualifications
Proven experience in marketing management, preferably in a leadership role.
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including the 6 P’s of Marketing.
