Our client is looking for a highly experienced and professional Executive Assistant / Personal Assistant to support their Executive Chairman. This role requires someone who can seamlessly manage a busy schedule, handle high-level communications, and take care of a range of other executive support needs—ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes.
Responsibilities
Administrative and Meeting Coordination: Arrange and schedule meetings, both internal and external, and ensure all logistical needs are met.
Travel and Logistics Management: Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, visas, and local transportation.
Document and Communication Management: Produce high-quality documentation and manage filing systems for business and personal documents.
Expense and Claims Management: Prepare and manage expense claims and coordinate with the accounting department for processing.
Personal and Family Support: Manage personal appointments and handle family-related administrative tasks.
Additional Responsibilities: Oversee projects, perform other tasks as requested, and assist in personal matters.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably in a corporate setting.
Fluency in English, Arabic, and French.
