Functional Analyst III Forecasting & Replenishment

Overview

We're looking for a skilled Functional Analyst to join our dynamic SAP Forecasting and Replenishment team. In this role, you'll translate business needs into functional specifications, design and enhance customized SAP solutions, and provide support to both junior team members and SAP system users.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into a functional specification.

• Design and/or enhance customized SAP developments.

• Create interfaces to/from external systems around SAP.

• Manage the configuration, maintenance and support of SAP MM/SD components.

• Resolve issues utilizing existing support resources.

• Writing user guides for processes.

• Prepare test scripts and perform testing according to the business scenario/process.

• Training business users.

• Lead assigned work from design to implementation.

• Provide support to the junior members of the team as well as users of the SAP System.

Qualifications

• IT related degree or diploma (Beneficial)

• SAP MM/SD certification (Beneficial)

• 7+ years in-depth working knowledge in a SAP IS Retail industry/environment (Preferred)

• 5+ years in SAP MM and/or SD modules (Required)

• 5+ years in configuration, maintenance and support of SAP system (Required)

• 5+ years in integration process with SAP system (Required)

• Superior written and oral communication skills

• Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to lead a team with strong attention to detail and providing guidance to a team of Business Analysts, Developers, and Test Analysts

Day-to-day

The successful candidate will be responsible for determining the system needs of the business, troubleshooting issues, brainstorming new ways to enhance current functionality, testing, documenting processes and guides, and training.
