Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer to oversee all aspects of Human Resources and office administration. This role is pivotal in ensuring operational and administrative excellence while maintaining compliance with company policies and local labor laws. The successful candidate will act as a key interface across all levels of the organization and will collaborate closely with the Finance Department on payroll, compliance, and statutory HR reporting.

Responsibilities
Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job definition, posting, candidate screening, interviews, and job offers.

  • Coordinate and monitor onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires.

  • Promote employee engagement and alignment with company culture and values.

  • Conduct onboarding training sessions for new employees.

Skills Development and Training
  • Identify training needs in collaboration with managers.

  • Ensure completion and renewal of mandatory training courses.

  • Monitor training plans, budgets, and outcomes.

  • Maintain accurate records of training activities for reporting purposes.

Payroll and Benefits Administration
  • Liaise with payroll service providers to ensure timely and accurate payroll processing.

  • Prepare monthly payroll inputs and reconciliations for Finance approval.

  • Oversee payroll and benefits administration for new joiners and leavers.

  • Manage compensation and benefits schemes, including medical insurance, group life cover, retirement annuities, and benchmarking.

  • Address payroll, benefits, and employee relations queries.

HR Administration and Office Management Support
  • Manage employee administration, including contracts, amendments, personnel files, and leave tracking.

  • Maintain and update HR databases and digital systems for reporting and audits.

  • Oversee the administration of new joiners and leavers, including onboarding, exit interviews, and equipment returns.

  • Support managers in addressing labor relations issues and performance appraisals.

  • Maintain and update company HR policies, procedures, and guidelines in compliance with local regulations.

  • Draft and manage documentation related to disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance issues.

  • Provide regular HR-related reports and control departmental expenditure within agreed budgets.

  • Contribute to the organization of internal events, such as seminars, team-building activities, and social events.
