Overview
We are seeking a Functional Analyst II to join our client's team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the delivery of efficient and cost-effective business solutions that align with organisational objectives. As a Functional Analyst II, you will play a key role in eliciting, analysing, validating, and documenting business and operational requirements, ensuring that solutions meet the needs of the business while driving innovation and efficiency.
Note that this role is in-office, based in Brackenfell.
Responsibilities
Elicit, analyse, validate, and document business and operational requirements.
Ensure that business solutions and processes are aligned with organisational objectives and are cost-effective.
Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure solutions meet agreed business requirements.
Contribute to the design and implementation of effective, practical, and competitive business processes.
Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure clear understanding and execution of requirements.
Support system designers in the co-creation of sustainable and innovative solutions.
Apply specialised knowledge of systems analysis to support the creation and testing of medium- to high-complexity applications.
Contribute to the development of technical solutions and practical configuration execution.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a Functional Analyst or similar role, with a strong understanding of business processes and systems analysis.
Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience working in complex delivery environments.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
Knowledge of relevant technical tools and methodologies.
