OneStream Technical Analyst Lead

Overview

Our client is wanting to bolster their team and are looking for a OneStream Technical Analyst to join their programme.This is a 12-month contract based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. The role will involve working with functional and technical team members to build and implement end-to-end solutions for finance processes, including integrations into and out of OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Prior EPM experience – Required

• Prior EPM implementation project experience – Required

• OneStream experience - Required

• Experience with other consolidation solutions e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion - Preferred

• Agile, DevSecOps experience - Preferred

• Finance qualification – Preferred

• Finance/accounting knowledge/experience – Required

• Strong data analysis skills

• Advanced Excel, SQL/VBA) - Required

• C# or VB - Required

• Understanding of finance processes, hierarchies and data

• Minimum of 5 years of experience (including 2 on Onestream) with:

• Experience in designing Planning and Financial Close & Consolidation models and calculations

• Building and working with multi-dimensional cubes

• Building OneStream data integrations, transformations, and automations using APIs

• Developing and maintaining various OneStream objects

• Experience with end-to-end SIT and UAT cycles

Qualifications

• Understanding of finance processes, hierarchies and data, such as: Consolidation & other IFRS Regulatory Reporting, Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting, Tax, Financial models and cost allocations

• Minimum of 5 years of experience (including 2 on Onestream) with various technical skills

• Finance qualification – Preferred
