Awesome opportunity for a talented and motivated Technical Pre-sales Specialist with Google Workspace & ChromeOS to join this dynamic tech sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting to drive sales and managing projects, leveraging technical expertise to deliver innovative solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities

General Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage technical projects
  • Support and drive technical sales opportunities
  • Identify technical challenges and articulate solutions
  • Expand the visibility of our services

Key Performance Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage technical projects and adoption of Google Workspace, Chrome, & Endpoint Management
  • Support sales of Workspace, Chrome, and other products and services
  • Training
  • Customer Support and deployment of Third Party Products
  • Perform other duties as directed by the management

Qualifications

  • Minimum five years technical experience
  • Preferential consideration for Workspace and Chrome Administration certifications
  • Other technical and industry certifications

Day-to-day

  • Foster collaboration and communicate clearly with clients and internal team members
  • Provide technical support during the sales process and after-sales support
  • Conduct Workspace Admin Console training and Endpoint management with clients
  • Deploy and support third party products
  • Respond to help desk support tickets as assigned
