Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our client's team. This role is ideal for a proven salesperson with a strong track record of achieving sales targets, particularly in industries such as capital equipment, power solutions, industrial machinery, or similar environments. Responsibilities
  • Drive new business development through proactive prospecting, cold calling, and client engagement.

  • Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to proposal development, negotiation, and closing deals.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, engaging with senior management and decision-makers.

  • Consistently meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the business.

  • Conduct daily client visits and maintain a robust sales pipeline to ensure consistent activity levels.

Qualifications
Must-Haves:
  • 3–5 years of direct sales experience, with a proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets

  • Demonstrated expertise in prospecting, lead generation, and closing sales within industrial, manufacturing, or construction industries

  • Experience managing end-to-end sales processes, including proposals, negotiations, and securing orders

  • High comfort level with cold calling, client visits, and pipeline management

  • Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to engage with senior management

Nice-to-Have:
  • Exposure to industries such as generators, construction equipment, or industrial machinery

  • A technical understanding of related products is beneficial but not essential

  • Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to identify and create new opportunities

Day-to-Day
  • Actively prospect and generate leads through various channels, including cold calling and networking

  • Conduct client meetings to understand their needs and present tailored solutions

  • Develop and deliver compelling proposals to secure new business

  • Maintain a high level of activity, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities in the sales pipeline

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders
