As a ServiceNow Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational objectives. Responsibilities
Architect and Lead Implementations: Design and oversee the delivery of scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM Pro, ITAM, HRSD, and SPM modules
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with business leaders, project managers, and technical teams to gather and interpret requirements, transforming them into robust ServiceNow solutions
Solution Architecture: Develop and enforce architecture standards, ensuring seamless integration with enterprise systems and adherence to industry best practices
Customization and Development Leadership: Direct advanced configuration and customization efforts using JavaScript, REST/SOAP APIs, Flow Designer, and integration technologies
Project Oversight: Manage end-to-end ServiceNow projects, ensuring scope, timelines, and resource allocation are effectively handled
Technical Mentorship: Provide expert guidance and mentoring to developers and consultants, fostering a culture of continuous learning
Problem Resolution: Diagnose and resolve advanced technical challenges to ensure platform stability and performance.
Continuous Improvement: Advocate for innovations to optimize platform performance and usability while staying ahead of ServiceNow advancements
Qualification
Experience: Minimum of 5 years in ServiceNow consulting with hands-on expertise in ITSM Pro, ITAM, HRSD, and SPM.
Leadership: Proven success in leading enterprise-level ServiceNow implementations
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of JavaScript, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs, and integration strategies
Certifications: ServiceNow certifications such as Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), Certified Application Developer (CAD), and Certified System Administrator (CSA) are highly advantageous
Communication Skills: Strong client-facing skills with the ability to communicate technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholders
Problem-Solving: Skilled in resolving complex technical challenges with minimal impact on end users.
Team Leadership: Demonstrated ability to mentor and guide technical teams
Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with investment management applications (e.g., fund accounting, CRM, document management) is preferred

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements
Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions tailored to client needs
Lead technical teams in customization and development efforts
Oversee project timelines, ensuring quality and performance standards are met
Provide mentorship and technical guidance to team members
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues to maintain platform reliability
