We’re working with a leading client who’s looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong service management knowledge to join their team. If you’re passionate about turning business needs into smart solutions and improving user experiences, this could be for you.

What you’ll do:
  • Engage with business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.

  • Translate requirements into clear to-be processes and user experience blueprints.

  • Support and improve service management solutions – from implementation to enhancement.

  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure solutions align with business needs.

  • Validate solutions and test against initial requirements.

What we’re looking for:
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst

  • Strong background in IT Service Management (ITSM) or similar business service solutions.

  • Skilled in requirements gathering, as-is/to-be process mapping, and solution design.

  • Experience with testing artifacts against requirements.

  • Prior experience with service management implementation and improvements.

  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Confluence; knowledge of Avanti is a bonus (not essential).
