Overview
We on the hunt for a Change Manager to take charge of the people change workstream for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation within a retail environment. This is a critical role that requires a seasoned professional with extensive hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA change management, exceptional leadership skills, and the ability to influence at an executive level. The position is based in Cape Town and requires on-site presence.
Responsibilities
Develop and execute the end-to-end change management strategy for the SAP S/4HANA programme.
Drive business readiness, adoption, and seamless transition across impacted retail and finance functions.
Collaborate closely with programme leadership, PMO, and functional leads to ensure alignment and successful delivery.
Influence and challenge senior leaders and executive committees to adopt best-practice change management approaches.
Provide visible, hands-on leadership as part of the core delivery team to ensure the success of the programme.
Qualifications
Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA change management, with a strong track record of leading change initiatives.
Demonstrated expertise in managing change for SAP S/4HANA implementations, specifically in a retail environment.
Senior-level experience in leading and owning the people change agenda for large-scale programmes.
Exceptional influencing and communication skills, with the ability to engage and challenge senior executives and ExCo members.
Based in Cape Town and available to work on-site with the project team.
