We’re hiring a Compliance Officer to join our client’s Legal & Compliance team on a permanent basis. Based in Centurion, with some flexibility to work remotely, this role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on and working closely with the business.
What you’ll do
Put the compliance strategy into action and keep monitoring on track
Stay on top of regulatory changes and update policies where needed
Provide practical compliance guidance to teams across the business
Deliver compliance training, including inductions
Run compliance reviews, audits and manage breaches
Support FAIS, FICA and other regulatory requirements
Prepare reports, submissions and maintain compliance records
What you’ll bring
Registration as a Compliance Officer with the FSCA
2–5 years’ compliance experience (financial services or insurance)
A relevant degree (Commerce, Risk, Audit, Legal or similar)
Good working knowledge of FAIS, FICA, POPIA and related legislation
Clear communication skills and a practical, solutions-focused mindset
