Overview:
Our client is on the lookout for a seasoned and visionary ADM (Application Development and Maintenance) Manager to lead their IT Department into its next phase of innovation.
In this pivotal role, you’ll be at the helm of a talented team of architects and engineers, guiding them toward technical excellence and high-impact project delivery. You’ll play a key leadership role, mentoring your team while reporting directly to the Head of IT Delivery.
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of architects and engineers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous learning
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute the technical roadmap, aligning with business objectives and customer needs
Drive the design, development, and optimization of platforms, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security
Provide technical guidance and support to ensure the successful delivery of projects on time and within budget
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies, evaluating their potential impact and relevance to our business
Partner with Product managers and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions, driving alignment and execution
Implement best practices, processes, and tools to streamline development workflows and improve efficiency
Monitor and analyze platform performance metrics, identifying areas for optimization and improvement to enhance the customer experience
Qualifications:
Relevant IT / Computer Science certification / qualification
At least 3-5 years’ experience managing software development teams and leads
At least 6 years in a technical role within the IT software development industry
Proven experience in software development and technical leadership roles, with a track record of successfully delivering complex projects
Deep understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and best practices, with hands-on experience in backend and frontend development
Development Experience in languages such as C#, SQL, SSIS, SSRS, frameworks like .NET Framework, relational databases like MS SQL Server, and source code management tools like MS Team Foundation Server. Experience with MS SharePoint is advantageous.

As the ADM Manager, you will be actively involved in leading and mentoring the team, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving technical excellence, and ensuring successful project delivery. You will also stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, implement best practices, and monitor platform performance metrics.
