Overview

Our client, a leading ICT services provider, has a need for a highly skilled ICT Solution Manager to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and providing integrated solutions targeting different key industries in the region, supporting major industry projects, and leading a cross-country team to support team development and growth.

Responsibilities

  • Establish and provide integrated solutions targeting different key industries in the region

  • Identify, collect, and consolidate key industry solutions for local implementation and transformation

  • Support major industry projects in the region, including end-to-end work such as research, customer communication, supplier collaboration, solution preparation, tendering, quotation, and delivery support

  • Responsible for the construction of the industry's information application ecosystem and establish close partnerships with major ICT companies in the African continent

  • Lead cross-country team and consolidate resources from surrounding countries to support team development and growth

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in communications, electronic information, computers, software engineering, or related majors

  • Minimum 5 years or above relevant experience in communications or IT-related industries

  • Familiar with general ICT industry solutions, proficient in one or more products such as servers, storage, security, wireless, datacom, cloud, etc.

  • Possess government and large enterprise project experience are preferred

  • Professional certifications in Cisco, Huawei, H3C are preferred

  • Positive attitude, strong communication and interpersonal skills, organized and with strong time management

  • Fluent in English, ability to speak Chinese is an added advantage

Day-to-day

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to develop and implement industry solutions

  • Research and analyze industry trends and technologies

  • Lead and support major industry projects in the region

  • Establish and maintain partnerships with major ICT companies in the African continent

  • Lead and develop a cross-country team to support team growth and development
