Manager - Loyalty & Payments
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Manager to join our Retail Marketing Leadership team. As the Manager of Loyalty & Payments, you will be responsible for developing and executing the loyalty and payments strategy for our retail business. This role requires a deep understanding of loyalty and payment models, customer relationship management tools, eCommerce/digital platforms, and customer value management trends.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the loyalty and payments strategy
- Lead a team towards successful execution
- Influence and lead senior cross-functional team members/stakeholders
- Develop business cases for new initiatives
- Manage bank partner loyalty program
- Improve overall Brand Health through leveraging various loyalty and payments related value propositions
Qualifications
- Marketing or Business Degree
- Post-graduate qualification/s will be advantageous
- Minimum 10 years of experience across Loyalty, Payments, Retail Marketing, CRM, Digital
Day-to-day
- Enhance customer loyalty value proposition via owned program loyalty initiatives and new partnerships
- Deploy fit for purpose loyalty and payment solutions across a network of 850+ sites
- Manage bank partner loyalty program while ensuring volume retention, volume growth, strong relationships, and strong contract management
- Procure and deploy customer relationship management systems to enable customer retention approaches/tactics
