Programme Manager (AA Candidates Only)
Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Programme Manager to join our clients Information Technology Services team at our Head Office in Cape Town. As a Programme Manager, you will work closely with various stakeholders, including business units, vendors, and contractors, to manage multiple related projects directed towards a common objective.
Responsibilities
Manage a program of activities/products aligning with the organization's strategic objectives
Monitor program items progress and raise impediments impacting on delivery
Enable program oversight and governance definition & support
Facilitate benefit case definition & review and enable benefit tracking
Identify program risks and enhance the project risk management framework
Define and track key risk indicators and project management and project coordination resource demand and supply
Contract management and team leadership and management
Facilitate project management and project coordination community of practice
Qualifications and Experience
Overall 10+ years of experience in a Project Delivery Environment
4–8 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager
1-3 years of experience in the role of Programme Manager
Day-to-Day
As a Programme Manager, you will work across the Business Facing Units, monitor program items progress, facilitate benefit case definition & review, and identify program risks. You will also define and track key risk indicators and facilitate project management and project coordination community of practice.
