Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Operations Administrator to join our client's dynamic team within the IT & Telecoms sector. This role is critical to ensuring the smooth functioning of office operations, supporting our innovative, inclusive, and fast-paced work environment. The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, resourceful, and tech-savvy professional who is passionate about fostering efficiency and collaboration.

Responsibilities
Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Overseeing daily office operations and serving as the point of contact for administrative matters.
Maintaining and improving office systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
Providing administrative support to IT and telecoms teams, including equipment tracking, scheduling, and documentation.
Managing vendor relationships and supplies inventory, ensuring optimal partnerships and resource availability.
Coordinating with HR to manage office onboarding and offboarding processes.
Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and company standards across the office environment.
Supporting the planning and execution of team events, meetings, and training sessions.
Assisting with budget management, including tracking expenses and preparing financial reports.
Supporting IT troubleshooting, coordinating with relevant technical teams to resolve issues promptly.
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
A high school diploma or GED equivalent (Bachelor’s degree is a plus).
A minimum of 2 years of experience in office administration or operations, preferably within the IT & Telecoms sector.
Fluent in Mandarin (Essential)
Strong proficiency with office applications including Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools.
Familiarity with IT systems, workflows, and telecom industry basics is highly beneficial.
Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, multitask, and work under minimal supervision.
A proactive mindset, with an ability to anticipate needs and solve problems efficiently.
