OneStream Technical Analyst

Overview

Our client has an opportunity available for a skilled and proactive OneStream Technical Analyst to join their programme for a 12-month contract based in either Cape Town or Johannesburg. The role will involve working with functional and technical team members to implement end-to-end solutions for finance processes, including integrations into and out of OneStream.

Responsibilities

• Designing OneStream Planning and Financial Close & Consolidation models and calculations

• Building and working with multi-dimensional cubes

• Developing and maintaining various OneStream objects such as workflow profiles, data models, and security profiles

• Collaborating with a large team to troubleshoot and solve problems

• Working under pressure while maintaining a high level of professionalism

Qualifications

• Prior EPM experience

• Prior EPM implementation project experience

• OneStream experience

• Experience with other consolidation solutions e.g., SAP BPC, Hyperion (Preferred)

• Agile, DevSecOps experience (Preferred)

• Finance qualification (Preferred)

• Finance/accounting knowledge/experience

• Strong data analysis skills

• Advanced Excel, SQL/VBA

• C# (Preferred)

Technical Skills

• Understanding of finance processes, hierarchies, and data

• Minimum of 1 year of experience with OneStream Planning and Financial Close & Consolidation models

• Experience in building OneStream data integrations, transformations, and automations using APIs

• Experience with end-to-end SIT and UAT cycles
