Overview
We are seeking an Operations Support Analyst to join our client's dynamic and globally integrated team. This role is pivotal in supporting compliance operations, managing VAT and US Sales Tax cases, and driving operational efficiency. Responsibilities
As an Operations Support Analyst, your key responsibilities will include:
Compliance Case Management
Managing a wide range of VAT and US Sales Tax cases, ensuring accurate and timely resolution with a client-focused approach.
Proactively addressing emerging case types through research, collaboration, and process updates.
Leading consulting cases by delivering tailored, practical solutions to client-specific requests.
Identifying trends, drafting process notes, and documenting solutions to support continuous improvement.
Project Management
Leading and executing critical projects to enhance business operations.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to manage and deliver successful project outcomes.
Identifying and scoping projects to improve operational efficiency.
Research and Development (R&D)
Conducting global VAT and US Sales Tax research to provide accurate advice and solutions.
Engaging in R&D initiatives to identify trends and develop strategies to prevent recurring issues.
Ad-Hoc Tasks and Problem-Solving
Assisting the Operations Support Manager with tasks aimed at improving operational efficiencies.
Collaborating with various support teams to drive problem-solving initiatives.
Resolving complex issues in partnership with internal stakeholders, clients, and tax authorities.
Implementing strategies to foster team growth and professional development.
