What you’ll do
In this role, you’ll act as a trusted expert, guiding business and HR teams to design fit-for-purpose structures and role frameworks. You’ll use organisational diagnostics like headcount modelling and spans-and-layers analysis to inform structure decisions, and you’ll play a key part in maintaining a scalable job architecture that supports career growth and workforce planning.
Your focus areas will include:
Leading organisational design initiatives across multiple business areas.
Developing and maintaining role profiles, job families, and capability frameworks.
Ensuring data integrity and structure governance across systems.
Partnering with HR teams to integrate design principles into performance, talent, and reward frameworks.
Building design capability across the broader HR function through consulting, tools, and enablement.
What you’ll bring
A postgraduate qualification in Human Resources, Business, Industrial Psychology, or a related field.
5+ years’ experience in Human Capital or Organisational Effectiveness, with at least 3 years focused on organisational design, job architecture, and structure development.
A strong grasp of organisational design methodology and workforce planning practices.
Excellent analytical, consulting, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Financial services industry experience would be an advantage.
