About the Role
Our client is looking for a dynamic Product Manager to lead the rollout of retail site automation solutions across our network. This role is all about creating seamless, fully automated store and forecourt experiences that elevate customer convenience and operational efficiency.
What You’ll Do
Define and implement the retail automation strategy across multiple markets
Manage vendor partnerships, ensuring delivery of hardware, software, and support services
Oversee deployment across sites, coordinating logistics, budgets, and timelines
Ensure smooth integration with POS, payment, and loyalty systems
Drive adoption, training, and value realization for local teams
Collaborate with stakeholders across operations, IT, and retail for successful execution
What You Need
Proven experience delivering automation or technology solutions in a retail environment
Strong knowledge of POS systems, payment solutions, and in-store technology
Hands-on experience with vendor management and SLA negotiations
Solid project management skills – planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement
Ability to manage multiple markets, timelines, and priorities with attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills for working across diverse teams
Willingness to travel for site rollouts and team support
Bonus: Experience with loyalty integrations and multi-country implementations
