Overview:
My client has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of high-profile customer-facing applications in the oil & gas sector.
This role sits at the intersection of technology, branding, and marketing—requiring someone who can deliver secure, integrated IT solutions while ensuring an excellent customer experience and alignment with brand strategy.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of customer-facing applications with a strong emphasis on branding, marketing, and user experience
Manage hybrid Agile/Waterfall project delivery across technology, marketing, and business teams
Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders—IT, marketing/branding, vendors, and customer-facing teams—to ensure cohesive project outcomes
Oversee application integration with ERP, CRM, and other back-end systems
Ensure brand consistency, high-quality UX, and compliance with data security and regulatory requirements
Drive change management, user adoption, and communications to internal and external audiences
Provide clear reporting and updates to senior management
Requirements:
Proven experience managing customer-facing application projects with strong branding or marketing components (e.g., customer portals, mobile apps, self-service platforms)
Strong background in IT project management with understanding of system integration, data security, and regulatory frameworks
Experience working closely with branding and marketing teams to ensure alignment of digital channels with corporate identity
Track record of delivering projects using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder engagement and vendor management skills across technical and business areas
Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge IT, marketing, and customer needs
