Overview
The Sales Manager will be responsible for engaging with current and potential customers to develop innovative solutions that provide value to the customer's business needs.
Responsibilities
Engage with customers to understand their business strategies and develop roadmaps for solutions.
Develop relationships to drive innovative solutions and provide value to customers' business needs.
Analyze competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities for expansion.
Provide quality consultation and analysis to address customer needs.
Establish sales models, prepare tender documentation, and submit periodic reports to senior management.
Provide after-sales support, including service performance reviews and contract renewal negotiations
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Telecommunication or System Integration
At least 3 years' experience in consultative and direct selling, tendering, and relationship management of large corporations
Positive mindset, result-oriented, self-motivated, hardworking, and able to work under pressure
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills

The Sales Manager will engage with customers, develop relationships, analyze market trends, and provide consultation and support to resolve customer needs. They will also be responsible for preparing documentation and reports for senior management.
