Responsibilities
Primary Objective: Sales and Business Development
Drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities in the targeted sectors.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Leverage knowledge of thermodynamics, photovoltaic systems, and battery technology to provide tailored solutions to clients.
Conduct market analysis to identify emerging trends and potential growth areas.
Develop and deliver commercial proposals that create value for clients.
Oversee and nurture relationships with key accounts to ensure satisfaction and long-term partnerships.
Collaborate effectively within the GreenYellow network to leverage resources and achieve goals.
Identify and cultivate organic leads while efficiently managing resellers and key partners to maximize opportunities.
Achieve and exceed sales targets.
Secondary Objective: Team Management
Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve high performance.
Provide training and professional development opportunities to enhance team capabilities.
Monitor sales performance, analyze KPIs, and provide regular updates to senior management.
Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented team environment.
Oversee tender processes, provide necessary support, and submit bids for active opportunities.
Qualifications
Comprehensive knowledge of cooling cycles and thermodynamics, photovoltaic technologies, battery systems, financial modeling, and technical sales processes.
Strong commercial acumen with exceptional negotiation skills.
Proven ability to manage complex business development opportunities.
Effective written and oral communication skills.
Proficiency in sales platforms such as Salesforce or similar tools (preferred).
Winning mindset with a goal-oriented and driven approach.
