Overview

Our client is looking for a UAT Intermediate Test Analyst to join their dynamic IAP department. In this role, you’ll take the lead in managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT) across multiple projects, ensuring high-quality, user-focused solutions are delivered seamlessly.

As a key player, you’ll coordinate a team of UAT testers, oversee testing efforts, and work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, developers, and project managers. Your mission? To verify that all user requirements are met before system go-live—ensuring a smooth and successful launch!

Responsibilities

  • Assist in UAT Team Management – Support testers with guidance, training, and performance tracking.

  • Support UAT Planning – Help define test scope, write test cases, and align with business goals.

  • Facilitate Communication – Act as a bridge between business users, project managers, and technical teams.

  • Oversee Test Execution – Monitor progress, track results, and complete test cases efficiently.

  • Manage Defects & Risks – Log, track, and prioritize issues while assisting in risk mitigation.

  • Ensure Quality Assurance – Help maintain high testing standards and improve UAT processes.

  • Maintain Documentation & Reporting – Keep detailed test records, issue logs, and provide regular updates.

  • Support Post-UAT Activities – Assist with user sign-offs and post-go-live support.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in UAT testing or Quality Assurance, with at least 2 years in a lead or supervisory role. Proven track record in managing and executing UAT for large-scale projects.

  • Skills: Strong understanding of UAT methodologies and best practices. Excellent leadership and team management skills. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with test management tools (e.g., Jira, Xray). Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • Certifications: ISTQB Certified Tester (or similar QA certification) is a plus. Scrum or Agile certification (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster) is a plus.
