Change Manager

Overview: The ideal candidate for this role will have a proven track record in Change Management/ You will apply change management principles, processes, and behaviors to effectively identify, manage, initiate, and influence change, and manage and support others through it.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct stakeholder analysis to ensure stakeholders' needs and expectations are identified

  • Identify and analyze stakeholder resistance

  • Regularly update key sponsors to ensure they provide visible leadership and support for change

  • Conduct impact and gap analysis

  • Design and manage the change enablement plan

  • Conduct training need analysis and design content for training programs

  • Facilitate relevant learning and development work

  • Design communication material tailored to audience need

  • Develop communication plan aligned to the project milestones

  • Assist with the preparation of handover plans for go-live and post-implementation

  • Support the business in the transition of BAU

  • Define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

  • Provide ongoing support structure and identify continuous improvement plans

  • Plan resource utilization across the change initiative

  • Lead and promote effective ways of working within the project team

Qualifications:

  • 4-8 years’ experience in change management

  • Experience leading slightly complex to complex change initiatives

  • Experience in multi-functional/medium scale change

  • Retail experience advantageous

  • Relevant qualification or experience in systems and processes related to the project type or business unit

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills

  • Change enablement experience

  • Ability to adapt to new environments
