Change Manager
Great opportunity for a Change Manager to play a crucial role in a transformational change project, which will impact various areas, including systems and 3rd party contractors. The ideal candidate will be based in Cape Town, and will be required to be in the office 4 days per week.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage the change process, ensuring smooth transition and adoption of new systems and processes
Collaborate with various stakeholders to understand the impact of the change and develop strategies to address concerns
Implement change management strategies and plans to minimize resistance and maximize employee engagement
Provide coaching and support to managers and employees throughout the change process
Monitor and report on the progress of the change initiative, identifying areas for improvement
Qualifications
Proven experience in change management, preferably in a large-scale transformational change environment
Relevant qualifications / certifications
Strong understanding of change management principles, methodologies, and tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage others
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
Relevant certification in change management is desirable
Day-to-day
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of change initiatives
Conducting impact assessments and risk analysis to proactively address potential challenges
Developing and delivering training programs to support the adoption of new processes and systems
Engaging with employees at all levels to gather feedback and address concerns
