Change Manager - Retail

Overview

12 month contract, based in Cape Town.

We are seeking an experienced Change Manager with a strong background in retail operations to support the Stores Selling Operations. The role will involve overseeing projects that integrate across our head office and stores, requiring extensive change management experience within the retail sector.

Responsibilities

• Support Stores Selling Operations in overseeing various projects that impact processes, people, and technology

• Implement and manage change initiatives to ensure successful integration across head office and stores

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive change management strategies and plans

• Analyze the impact of change and develop risk mitigation plans

• Communicate changes effectively to stakeholders at all levels of the organization

Qualifications

• Proven track record of successful change management in a retail environment

• Previous experience as a Change Manager on projects impacting processes, people, and technology

• Strong understanding of retail operations and the ability to navigate complex organizational structures

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
