Overview
We on the hunt for a Change Manager to lead the implementation of a new enterprise test automation tool across all platforms. The primary objective of this role is to drive the adoption of automated testing practices, enabling a future-ready testing capability, accelerating time-to-production, and improving execution speed across technology teams.
Responsibilities
As a Change Manager, you will:
Develop and lead the change management approach for the test automation implementation.
Assess the impact of change across QA, testing, development, and business teams.
Create and execute a comprehensive change plan, including stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and adoption strategies.
Anticipate and manage resistance to change, particularly within testing teams.
Provide guidance to technology and delivery teams on best practices for managing people through change.
Monitor, track, and report on change readiness and adoption metrics to ensure successful implementation.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
Formal Change Management certification (mandatory).
A minimum of 5 years’ experience as a Change Manager.
Proven ability to operate effectively at both strategic and hands-on delivery levels.
Strong understanding of how individuals transition through change and the ability to manage common resistance patterns.
Demonstrated experience working closely with technology delivery teams.
Desirable Skills and Experience:
Experience in testing, QA, or test automation initiatives.
Familiarity with the testing lifecycle.
Exposure to Agile methodologies or large-scale technology implementations.
