Responsibilities
As a Commissioning Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
Monitoring and updating daily analysis reports and monthly schedules.
Preparing and managing progress and delay analysis reports.
Overseeing project scope, construction progress, resources, critical path, and milestone activities.
Producing weekly look-ahead schedules to ensure project timelines are met.
Developing baseline schedules encompassing Engineering, Construction, Testing, and Commissioning phases.
Ensuring strict adherence to safety and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Preparing comprehensive Testing and Commissioning documentation.
Attending and coordinating weekly meetings with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure alignment and progress.
Qualifications

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Strong organizational and project planning abilities.
Proven ability to lead, guide, and mentor team members effectively.
Capability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Proficiency in CAD and database systems related to engineering functions.
Familiarity with project planning software such as Primavera.
Exceptional negotiation and problem-solving skills.
Ability to perform well under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
