We are seeking a dedicated Customer Relations Officer to join our client's dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with a passion for sales, customer service, and relationship management. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales, managing key accounts, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our valued members.

Responsibilities
Sales
  • Drive sales and maintain required service levels through regular telephonic contact with key accounts.

  • Achieve turnover targets by soliciting sales opportunities.

  • Process orders and coordinate placements with relevant suppliers.

Member Management
  • Efficiently handle requests, queries, and opportunities from members, suppliers, and internal divisions.

  • Ensure the timely dissemination of critical information to relevant stakeholders.

  • Deliver exceptional service and value-added offerings to members.

Sales Administration
  • Manage and negotiate the deal request process effectively.

  • Complete all required administrative tasks and controls with accuracy and efficiency.

  • Process all orders on the system in compliance with company standards.

Qualifications
  • Minimum qualification: Grade 12.

  • Studies in sales and marketing would be advantageous.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

  • Strong command of the English language.
