Responsibilities
Sales
Drive sales and maintain required service levels through regular telephonic contact with key accounts.
Achieve turnover targets by soliciting sales opportunities.
Process orders and coordinate placements with relevant suppliers.
Member Management
Efficiently handle requests, queries, and opportunities from members, suppliers, and internal divisions.
Ensure the timely dissemination of critical information to relevant stakeholders.
Deliver exceptional service and value-added offerings to members.
Sales Administration
Manage and negotiate the deal request process effectively.
Complete all required administrative tasks and controls with accuracy and efficiency.
Process all orders on the system in compliance with company standards.
Qualifications
Minimum qualification: Grade 12.
Studies in sales and marketing would be advantageous.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Strong command of the English language.
