Responsibilities
As a Divisional Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

Promoting and growing our consumer brands by ensuring consistent and professional brand representation across all platforms and member stores.
Leading and inspiring a team to achieve service excellence and professional growth.
Managing budgets, monitoring expenses, and ensuring alignment with financial objectives.
Driving innovation by identifying and implementing new marketing initiatives and strategies.
Ensuring compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards.
Providing guidance and support to members in areas such as marketing, operations, and brand management.
Collaborating with stakeholders to develop and execute promotional strategies and community brand-building initiatives.
