Overview
We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead and drive the growth of our client's international e-commerce operations. Responsibilities
Take ownership of the e-commerce P&L, revenue targets, and trading calendar.
Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
Optimize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value.
Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.
Oversee the day-to-day performance of the website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.
Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies across SEO, paid social, email marketing, and affiliate channels to achieve commercial goals.
Use data-driven insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns and strategies.
Manage website content, merchandising, navigation, and onsite search to enhance the customer journey.
Present performance updates and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.
Lead, manage, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.
Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners.
Qualifications
Essential:
A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role.
Proven track record of driving online revenue growth.
Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on results.
Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus) and CMS tools.
Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on e-commerce performance.
Desirable:
Experience managing international or multi-currency e-commerce sites.
Knowledge of CRM, personalization, or marketing automation tools.
Previous experience in line management and team development.
