Overview

We are seeking an E-commerce Manager to lead and drive the growth of our client's international e-commerce operations. Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the e-commerce P&L, revenue targets, and trading calendar.

  • Plan and execute promotional activities, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.

  • Optimize conversion rates, average order value (AOV), and customer lifetime value.

  • Monitor competitors, pricing strategies, and market trends to maintain a competitive edge.

  • Oversee the day-to-day performance of the website, ensuring optimal functionality and user experience.

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies across SEO, paid social, email marketing, and affiliate channels to achieve commercial goals.

  • Use data-driven insights to continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns and strategies.

  • Manage website content, merchandising, navigation, and onsite search to enhance the customer journey.

  • Present performance updates and actionable insights to senior stakeholders.

  • Lead, manage, and develop team members, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.

  • Work cross-functionally with marketing, finance, and customer service teams to ensure seamless operations.

  • Manage relationships with external agencies and technology partners.

Qualifications
Essential:
  • A minimum of 5 years’ experience in an e-commerce or digital trading role.

  • Proven track record of driving online revenue growth.

  • Strong commercial and analytical mindset with a focus on results.

  • Hands-on experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify Plus) and CMS tools.

  • Solid understanding of digital marketing channels and their impact on e-commerce performance.

Desirable:
  • Experience managing international or multi-currency e-commerce sites.

  • Knowledge of CRM, personalization, or marketing automation tools.

  • Previous experience in line management and team development.
