Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrical Engineer with a specialization in Building Services to join our client's team in Cape Town. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to innovative projects, collaborate with a talented team, and make a significant impact in the field of building services.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Lead Engineer and Electrical Design teams in the design and execution of Building Services projects.
Managing and supervising contracts for Building Services projects.
Preparing detailed reports, technical specifications, and bills of quantities.
Developing and compiling contract documentation.
Liaising with clients, team members, and other professionals throughout all project phases, from inception to handover.
Qualifications
A degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering (B Eng, BSc Eng, or BTech).
A minimum of 5 years of post-graduate experience in the field.
Proficiency in both English and Afrikaans is essential.
ECSA registration is preferred.
Previous experience in Consulting Engineering will be advantageous.
