We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Package Lead to join our clients team in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional to play a pivotal role in managing electrical systems packages for cutting-edge projects.

Responsibilities
As the Electrical Package Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
Project Management: Oversee the management of the electrical systems package, ensuring alignment with project specifications and timelines.
Safety Leadership: Collaborate with the Project Manager and Safety Advisor to manage site safety, including the setup, management, and closeout of the safety file.
Design Oversight: Manage the electrical design process in coordination with the Design Manager.
Equipment Management: Oversee the procurement and management of Owner-Furnished Contractor-Installed (OFCI) electrical equipment and packages.
Quality Assurance: Drive a culture of quality, health, safety, and environmental excellence within your team. Manage site QA processes, including setup, management, and closeout of QA files.
Cost Control: Manage all costs associated with the electrical package, including labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
Operational Oversight: Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Subcontractor Coordination: Manage subcontractor activities, track progress, and ensure weekly meetings are conducted and documented.
Progress Reporting: Prepare and issue weekly internal and external progress reports, highlighting project milestones, risks, and concerns.
Material and Resource Management: Schedule and track material deliveries to align with project schedules.
Team Development: Support and mentor the electrical team to foster professional growth and development.
Documentation and Closeout: Ensure the completion of all project documentation, including final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, and QA files.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications and experience:
A trade qualification and/or relevant third-level degree.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
Strong technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Experience in design and build projects.
Familiarity with health and safety regulations and practices.
Proficiency in IT systems and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
Experience managing industrial relations issues.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to drive large-scale projects and mentor team members.
