We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Package Manager to join our client's team in Frankfurt, Germany. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex engineering and construction projects for some of the world’s leading corporations.
As an Electrical Package Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing the electrical systems package, ensuring the successful delivery of projects while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.

Responsibilities
As an Electrical Package Manager, your key responsibilities will include:
Overseeing the management of the electrical systems package.
Ensuring site safety in collaboration with the Electrical Project Manager and Safety Advisor, including the setup, management, and closeout of the safety file.
Driving a strong culture of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental compliance within your team.
Managing site QA processes in conjunction with the QA Manager, including setup, management, and closeout of the QA file.
Coordinating the project schedule in alignment with the Project Manager, consulting engineers, and client requirements.
Managing all costs associated with the electrical package, including labor, subcontractors, materials, equipment, variations, and valuations.
Overseeing day-to-day site operations and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
Managing subcontractor activities, tracking progress, and ensuring weekly meetings to review schedules and manpower levels.
Implementing and managing the "In Progress" snagging system and ensuring timely resolution of issues.
Preparing and issuing weekly cost and progress reports, highlighting risks, delays, and percentage completion.
Scheduling and tracking material deliveries to align with the project timeline.
Maintaining a weekly project photographic diary.
Attending site meetings, internal project reviews, engineering reviews, planning and coordination meetings, and handover meetings.
Closing out all project items, including final accounts, O&M manuals, punch lists, safety files, QA files, material and plant relocations, and project plans.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you should meet the following qualifications and criteria:
A trade qualification and/or relevant third-level degree.
A minimum of 5-10 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record of coordinating and managing large installation projects.
Strong knowledge of Health & Safety regulations and practices.
Experience in design and build projects.
Solid technical knowledge of both electrical and mechanical systems.
Proficiency in IT tools and software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively under strict deadlines.
Demonstrated ability to lead and drive large-scale projects.
Experience in handling industrial relations issues is an advantage.
